3 Tips to Track Disaster-related Costs

1 Take photos of the damage to your home and belongings as you begin cleanup.

2 Make a list of damaged/lost items, and gather any original receipts you have for those items.

3 Save receipts for all repairs, cleanup, and disaster-related costs.

Tip: Keeping good records helps with applying for assistance from FEMA and other programs.
